A New Member to the D&D Team!

The New Editor at D&D

Hey there, my lovely D&D Family! If you don't know me, you've likely seen me on our Instagram the last few months. My name is Jordan, but my best buds call me Jord, and I'm the new Editor at Dallas and Dottie. I'm so thrilled to get to know all of you a little better, and share the "happenings" at our favorite shop, along with some fun content focusing on style, tips and tricks, home decor, holidays, DIY, and more! 

I love fashion and finding new looks that accentuate my curvy figure, but Linds is definitely my style guru and has been rubbing off on me! 

A Little About Jord

I was born and raised in Michigan, and it will forever be home to me! I love exploring the beauty of our state, the Great Lakes, and the stunning seasons that we get here in the Mitten! In my spare time, you can find me baking up something new in the kitchen, decorating my home, taking a quick trip to Disney World, or running my side business - The Maxwell Design Shoppe! 

I graduated from GVSU in 2018 and got married two weeks later, it was a whirlwind but the best time of my life. And now I have my favorite sidekick, my sweet hubby, Jake.

We bought a little pup in the Spring & named him Fletcher, and truthfully it's his world and we're just living in it. He's a spoiled boy, but we are obsessed with him!

Helping D&D Grow

Now, I get to have the honor of helping Lindsay grow her business through digital marketing and consulting! I help with weekly photoshoots to capture new product photos, send out email blasts, integrate the D&D shop with all social media platforms and help with some behind the scene website work as well!

From the time I began to make career decisions in my own life, I knew that small business was at the heart of it all. My passion is watching small businesses flourish by using resources to their full potential and honing in on their niche. And I'm so thrilled that Linds is giving me the opportunity to help D&D do just that!
